This Administrative Assistant position will assist Financial Advisors and the Director of Operations.
Any prior experience preferred.
As a team, we provide our clients with the highest level of care, concern, and service.
The responsibility is to assist financial advisors with new business processing from beginning to end, as well as all client service-related requests & issues.

Greeting Clients & Visitors.
New Client Onboard Processing
Scheduling appointments
Answering Phones
Creating and maintaining compliant client file folders.
Filing, Scanning, Imaging Data
Editing & inputting Case Notes / task generation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
