```Duties```
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and maintaining databases
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
* Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders requsitions as needed
* Organize and maintain paper and electronic Accounting files
* Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing
* Entering Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable information into QuickBooks Online
* Communicating with vendors to maintain relations and actively collect invoices
* Assist with Front Register operation and providing customer service support
```Experience```
* Associate’s Degree in business, accounting, or similar field (preferred)
* Desire to be a supportive member of a highly motivated team
* Proven experience as an administrative clerk or similar role
* Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with computerized systems such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software
* Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide support to internal and external customers
