*Position Title* Operations Executive Administrator *Reports to* VP Manufacturing *Summary/Objective* Provide Administrative Support to VP Manufacturing/KBRNA Operations supported from the Watertown, NY location.
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, reporting, creating & distributing agendas & meeting minutes, Operations reviews, and other administrative tasks for the Operations team and local Watertown site as needed.
Serve as primary point of contact for the Monthly Operations review inclusive of maintaining all files and reporting mechanisms as well as ensuring that artifacts from these meetings are preserved.
Act as liaison between senior Operations management and manufacturing locations.
* Provide administrative support to the VP Manufacturing/KBRNA Operations as well as to the Manufacturing Leadership Team including managing team calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments, filing, taking messages, supporting events, and hosting site activities.
Prepare internal and documents, compile and distribute meeting presentations and facilitate other arrangements (transportation, hotels, meals) for manufacturing activities.
Populate, submit and track Operations Leadership Team monthly expense reports.
* Responsible for direct management of the infrastructure files, scorecards, and schedules for monthly Operations reviews and maintaining all applicable records for these reviews.
* Make Travel Arrangements: * Arrange all aspects of travel (airline, railroad, hotel, car rental, meeting rooms) for all the Operations leadership team in coordination, as needed, with the Executive Administrator.
* Work closely with travel agency to ensure timely issuance of tickets and delivery of itineraries to travelers.
* Ensure completion of Travel Request forms and proper approval of trips including all international travel.
* Manage the KBRNA Manufacturing SharePoint content and access.
Create and maintain other SharePoint sites or links to additional content as needed.
* Support Watertown site events and activities as needed.
* Manage the Watertown office supply inventory.
* Process miscellaneous SAP DWO receiving transactions for Watertown as needed.
* Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations.
Be energy conscious, as applicable.
* Must understand and support all Manufacturing, Quality, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies.
* Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.
* Must understand, support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions.
* Must understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree.

*Work Environment* The employee will be required to perform duties on a computer terminal.

*Required Education and Experience* * Associates Degree * 5+ years of relevant administrative experience * Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills *Preferred Education and Experience* * 2+ years of supporting an Executive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
