Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work - Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
Qualifications - Associate’s degree in Business or related field with 1-3 years office experience preferred or a High School Diploma with 3-5 years office experience required.
Proficiency with MS Office, and excellent Excel skills necessary.
Customer Service oriented, very personable, and attention to detail needed.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance - Authorized to work in the United States and pass all background clearances.
Summary/Objective - Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR Functions of the agency.

Cross train in all areas of the HR Department to provide assistance when needed.
Responsible for assisting with applicant tracking in both counties.
Responsible for reviewing, approving and forwarding applications to appropriate hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate job interviews.
Assist with background and reference checks.
Prepare new hire letters of employment.
Manage/Assign door access cards
Assist with employee engagement and recognition platform.
Maintenance of employee information both in personnel files and HRIS system, such as address changes, tax changes, change of names with documentation.
Prepare welcome bags and order supplies when needed.
Ordering supplies for parking permits, ID badges, lanyards etc.
Assist in rotation for Idemia fingerprinting as needed.
Responsible for rotation of answering door/screening visitors.
Responsible for Petty Cash Box.
Responsible for collecting monies for Badges/Fobs/Tb tests/Med Books etc.
Maintain up to date procedures for all specific duties.

Travel - Position will be for both counties so travel will be required.
