Daycare Aide

Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime - Assist with behavior management and discipline when necessary - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility - Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children, such as nannying, babysitting, or in a daycare setting - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members - CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) - High school diploma or equivalent At our daycare, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can make a positive impact on the lives of children.
