Insurance Customer Service Representative

* We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our insurance team! Insurance experience is not mandatory but would be a plus.
*Office experience and customer service skills are required.
* This position will be responsible for greeting all customers with a friendly demeanor, taking incoming customer calls, providing accurate information about our insurance products and services, and handle the processing of payments.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in our organizations policies, will be able to speak with customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner and be willing to learn about all of our product offerings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Provide excellent customer service in person and via phone.
Must have computer knowledge.
Must use exceptional judgement when dealing with customers, vendors, co-workers and the general public.
Must be able to manage conflicts/issues peacefully and efficiently.
Must be able to create customer requests for products and services.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
