8 month old Golden Retriever

We recently got an eight month old golden retriever but unfortunately we cannot give her the amount of time and resources she needs.
She has minmal training.
She does go potty outside.
She just needs to go out every hour or two.
She will come with a 2 collars and a leash.
Her toys and the food I was given for her.
She is a sweet girl but she needs a big yard and someone who has the time to play.
