We're growing by leaps and bounds and seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Services Director to join our dynamic team.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for both leading and executing critical IT projects while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of CREG Systems’ IT services, including managed IT services, network configuration, optimization, and security services
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and implement IT strategies and solutions that align with business objectives
- Lead and direct IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating both technical information and translating it into layman’s terms when necessary
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance standards, and security protocols
- Continuously evaluate and improve CREG Systems’ IT services offerings, processes, and tools
- Mentor and develop IT staff, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Applicants with demonstrated experience and relevant certifications in lieu of a degree are encouraged to apply
- 8+ years of experience in IT services, with a focus on managed IT services, network configuration, optimization, and security services
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant technologies
- Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to relay information both technically and in layman’s terms
- Proven leadership experience in directing and managing IT projects and teams
