Responsibilities and Duties: 1.
Assessing and evaluating cancer patients' conditions and developing care plans 2.
Administering chemotherapy and other oncology treatments 3.
Monitoring patients for side effects and complications 4.
Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families 5.
Collaborating with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care 6.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation 7.
Participating in research and quality improvement initiatives 8.
Adhering to safety and infection control protocols Qualifications and Skills: 1.
Valid RN license and BSN degree 2.
Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) preferred 3.
Minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience 4.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 5.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment 6.
Knowledge of cancer treatments and protocols 7.
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients 8.
