Property Manager

Duties: -Drive to locations - Use door codes to gain entry - Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Clean windows and glass surfaces - Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms - Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines ```Requirements:``` - Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
