Compensation: $45,000 yearly Responsibilities: General Repairs: Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Customer Service: Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Communicate effectively to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Problem-Solving: Diagnose issues and develop effective and efficient solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to repairs and maintenance tasks.
