We have an immediate need for a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team at Parkstead Watertown at City Center, one of United Group's professionally managed multi-family housing communities located in Watertown, NY.

Major Tasks + Key Responsibilities:
Assists in preparation of advertising and marketing materials and regular market surveys
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly leasing traffic reports
Makes recommendations to improve leasing programs
Assists in preparation of all necessary packages for lease up move-ins
Tours visitors of the community and shows apartments to interested guests
Encourages interested guests to apply for residency and leases apartments to qualified applicants; assists with application process
Assists in turnover of move-outs, including evaluation of damages, preparation for future residents
Job Overview + Requirements:
Job Type: Leasing Consultant; $16.
00 per hour plus Bonus Program
Work Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Physical Requirements: walking, standing, light lifting, and carrying
Required Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History
Required Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in sales/leasing, preferably in residential property management; software (Entrata, etc.
)
Qualities: Demonstrates integrity on a personal and professional level; Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills; Ability to solve problems involving residents and challenging situations
