The managers are responsible for driving store sales growth and managing employees to ensure that we achieve operational success.
We need Managers to:
· Lead by example
· Able to motivate
· Ensure high level of customer service in all areas of the dealership
· Promotes enthusiasm, productivity, accountability, and superior guest service
· Continually optimize profits through utilizing aggressive KPI management and accountability
· Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff
· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
· Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.
) in an appropriate professional manner, asking for assistance when in need
· Be a shining example of great culture, motivation, and high performance
· Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and employees

Pay: $105,000.
