As a Precision Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving Agriculture Technology Systems (machine control) sales, installation of said systems and providing after sales technical support.
Responsibilities:
Deliver demonstration experiences that are best-in-class, authentic, engaging, educational, and aligned with Monroe Tractor’s core value and culture.
Support new and existing customers in the wild as a precision product expert.
Provide a world class machine delivery experience and welcome new and existing owners to Monroe Tractor ownership journey.
Be resourceful, explore your curiosity, and ask questions to seek customer centric solutions to problems.
Connect with our customers on a deeper level, engaging in conversation to better understand who they are as individuals and what their company needs are and how to meet them.
Coordinating and conducting training sessions on Agriculture Technology Systems for our employees and software training for our customers.
Working with Stores and manufacturers to resolve issues that arise with Agriculture Technology Systems.
Provide technical service and installation of systems to vehicles and equipment.
Test drive vehicles to ensure they run smoothly.
Attend training classes and keep tabs on factory technical bulletins.
Properly complete the service and or repairs necessary to keep customers machines operating.
Make every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management.
Any other duties as outlined by service and or branch management.
Qualifications:
College degree in Agriculture preferred
Knowledge of various correction signals used in Agriculture Technology Systems
2 – 5+ years of work experience in related Agriculture positions preferred
Excellent organizational skills, effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to effectively and efficiently resolve customer conflicts
Ability to clearly communicate objectives, feedback, and manage through influence
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to develop strong business relationships
Demonstrated strong negotiation and closing skills
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Clean driving record – background and drug testing required

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 base plus commission
