Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales transactions in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the car buying process
- Upsell additional products and services to customers
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the dealership's inventory and current promotions
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to achieve dealership goals
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Outbound sales experience is a plus
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and financing options
