WANT mini pontoon - jet ski trailer for 12 foot inflatable boat (PULASKI)

I am looking for a mini pontoon, or a one to two personal watercraft, trailer for a 12 foot inflatable boat, or a small boat trailer that can be modified to carry the inflatable - in order to be adaptable, the trailer would have to branch from near the tongue to each side, with each side running just inside or over the wheels, as in the featured picture - I have modified jet ski trailers for inflatables - desirable, but trailer does not have to have the bunks as I can add those please send a picture of the trailer - I will need a transferrable registration for the sale as, according to DMV, it is no longer possible to purchase an homemade trailer from another individual and get it registered
